Benefits of Pilates

Studio 41 is an exclusive Pilates studio in the heart of Copenhagen. It was created out of the desire to provide mindful yet effective Pilates training in a luxurious and welcoming environment.

The studio is fully equipped with classical Pilates apparatus from Gratz and Contrology by Balanced Body. You will experience the Pilates method in its purity on the equipment designed by Joseph Pilates himself. Combined with amenities such as a changing room with furniture from Københavns Møbelsnedkeri and a beautiful shower room from Made a Mano, this makes our studio one of a kind.

We provide a wide range of private, duet, and group classes. Our group classes are limited to 7 people. We believe that smaller size classes give each participant benefit of a private session in a group setting and promote safe and mindful training, where instructors can correct and address each individual in a class.
