Our group and private classes
‘Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness’ - Joseph H. Pilates.
Private Sessions
Private 1:1 session is tailored to your goals, needs and challenges, drawing on the full range of classical Pilates apparatus in our studio to help you build strength, confidence and a deeper understanding of movement.
If you’re new to Pilates, private sessions are an ideal way to learn the foundations and become familiar with the equipment before joining a group class. Sessions can also be adapted for prenatal and postnatal clients, or to support your return to movement following injury or surgery.
Duet sessions bring together the personal attention of private Pilates and the pleasure of moving with someone you know. Share a session with a friend, colleague or family member, with guidance from an experienced instructor tailored to your individual goals and needs.
Designed for two people, Duet sessions are also a great way to learn the foundations of Pilates and build confidence with the studio’s classical apparatus together.
Group Classes
Our Reformer classes follow the original Reformer order as developed by Joseph Pilates to take your Pilates practice to the next level.

Tower classes offer a combination of spring resistance and deep core mat workout that will make you feel stronger and leaner.
This is a full-body workout that offers powerful and controlled resistance training. If you love Matwork but want to turn things up a gear, then this energising, fun, and challenging class is for you.

Combining classical Matwork with the Spine Corrector, this class focuses on spinal mobility, strength and posture. The shape of the apparatus supports a range of movements that open the chest, mobilise the upper back and encourage greater freedom through the shoulders.
Through controlled exercises, you’ll strengthen your back and core, explore supported stretches and develop a better awareness of your alignment. It’s an opportunity to balance the demands of daily sitting with movement that helps you feel stronger, more upright and more at ease in your body.
